Commission and Costs
Our commission is 20% of the accommodation fare the guest pays. Other minimal costs may include home and cleaning supplies, a small platform fee, and approved maintenance. Supply purchases are never marked up; itemized receipts are provided with monthly statements.
Marketing
Your property is discovered in more places by more travelers through expert channel distribution and direct marketing. We handle brand and website development to drive direct bookings and place your home on leading OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Google Vacation Rentals, Hopper, Expedia, and more. Our in-house team leads SEO, copywriting, search marketing, and remarketing.
Cleaning and Maintenance
We schedule housekeeping and maintenance, manage deliveries, and replenish supplies. Our A+ field crews use technology and checklists to ensure consistent, efficient care. We can coordinate mid-stay deliveries and leverage local vendor relationships to elevate the guest experience.

If guest damage occurs, we handle claims with the protection underwriter on your behalf, often repairing or replacing items quickly while claims are processed. We also support smart-home and connected devices to resolve guest tech issues remotely.
Communication and Reporting
We’re available 24/7, connect monthly, and conduct quarterly performance reviews. Official owner statements and payouts are sent by the 10th each month. Your real-time owner portal provides full transparency into bookings, trends, and financials.
Guest Damage
All guests are required to purchase a damage protection policy covering the first $1,500 in damage. Some platforms provide additional protection up to multimillion-dollar limits. We work with guests and insurers to ensure prompt, sufficient repair or replacement—many claims resolve within two weeks.
Revenue Management
A dedicated revenue manager sets strategy while dynamic pricing software responds to market supply and demand so your property outperforms competitors.
