Commission and Costs
Our commission structure is straightforward and transparent: 20% of the accommodation fare the guest pays for their rental. Other minimal costs may include home and cleaning supplies, a small property management platform fee, and approved maintenance needed to keep the home rentable. All supply purchases are not marked up, and receipt copies are provided monthly with owner statements.
Marketing
Your property will be found in more places by more people. We develop brand and website assets to drive direct bookings and also distribute your home across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) including Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Google Vacation Rentals, Hopper, Expedia, and more. Our in-house team prioritizes SEO, copywriting, search marketing, and remarketing.
Cleaning and Maintenance
We manage housekeeping and maintenance scheduling, supply delivery, and replenishment. A+ field crews deliver the quality care your home deserves and the 5-star experience guests expect. We can schedule mid-stay deliveries when needed. Our local vendor relationships unlock unique experiences that elevate each stay.

Safety & Compliance
We help you stay compliant with local, state, and federal laws — from permits and tax certificates to remitting short-term rental taxes. We focus on guest quality, clear rules, and behavior standards. Damage protection insurance provides fallback coverage, and we file claims on your behalf. If you use home automation or smart appliances, we also provide remote guest support.
Communication and Reporting
We’re available 24/7, connect at least monthly, and conduct quarterly performance reviews. Official owner statements and monthly payouts are provided by the 10th of each month. A detailed, real-time owner portal offers transparent visibility into bookings, trends, and financials.
Guest Damage
Accidents happen. We require guests to purchase a damage protection policy covering the first $1,500 of any damage. Certain booking platforms provide additional coverage up to $3 million. We coordinate with guests and insurers to repair or replace items promptly, with most claims paid in under two weeks.

A dedicated revenue manager sets your property strategy and leverages dynamic pricing software to respond to supply and demand — helping you outperform your market.
